Unable to import project (bad format or not readable)

Hi guys, while I was editing, a power outage came and when it came back I tried opening it then this error appeared. I tried going into the autosave folder but my project file wasn't there. I also tried the desktop thing method, it also didn't work. Pls help me guys, I put a lot of effort into this project. Please forgive my English, I tried my best to make it understandable.
