Unable to load CEP at After Effects launch

How do I solve this?

"Unable to continue After Effects operation: Unable to load CEP(Common Extensibility Platform) suite. You may need to reinstall it."

I've tried updating and reinstalling, but it still doesn't work.

I can't use this program.

What's the version of After Effects you're using? Try running After Effects in the root user account.
