Unable to open any Adobe software.

I am a student and don’t typically use Adobe software. I only have Premiere and After Effects installed on my mac, which I only open when working on assignments. I haven’t changed any of my computer settings, but today, when I tried to use them, none of the Adobe programs would open—they would load, appear on screen for about a second, and then immediately crash. They work perfectly before.

After Effects displayed an error with the codes 21::3 and 25::2 while Premiere show nothing.

What do these mean, and what should I do to open and use any?
