Hi Jegan,

Sorry for your issue.

What happens when you try to export using Media Encoder? Do you see any error message? Does it happen with all the projects or only with the projects that were created in the old version?

You need to mention your environment like OS, After Effects version, graphic card, etc. I would recommend you clear the old cache first.

Thanks for your responce.

My laptop Configuration :
Windows 10 64 Bit, i7-7820 HQ CPU @ 2.9GHz

32 GB ram

NVIDIA Quadro M1200.

1TB HDD

I have cleared all my cache files, even I have uninstalled after effects and re-installed but still facing the issue, I am not able to preview, the preview window became black, I can not render in Media encoder also.

It's rendering some frames and stops.

Kindly help.
