unique AE Batch Render cues in a sequence Problem.

Ive got a unique project with multiple sequences in the hundreds and within them are smaller parts that need rendering out separately with different layers on and off.  See the timeline photo attached.  Obviously I can only choose one section at a time but has anyone else had experience with this type of problem and does an automated solution exist, where you can select multiple points and add to a quest to render as a batch?  I need to render all these questions points in the photo and at  the moment I'm doing it manually moving the slider hit render and over and over and over again.

    There used to be some "Render at markers" script out there. Otherwise you may have to create something on your own. Another alternative might be to just convert the layer snippets into pre-comps and render the resulting new comps. Ctrl+Shift+C is your friend...
