Unknown BIB Error

Hi, I got Unknown BIB Error for the second time and it is not getting fixed everyt ime I try to preview i got the same error. also I did all the fixes in this : https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects-discussions/faq-how-to-fix-quot-unknown-bib-error-quot-in-after-effects/td-p/13194341/redirect_from_archived_page/true

 

and non of them worked,is this a bug with this version????I'm going to break the screen because of this error.

You need to be much more specific and provide exact system info and details like your hardware acceleration settings and so on.
