unwanted movement between keyframes

sometimes i get movement beween my keyframes, even when i set it to normal keyframe,  like the object is kind of bouncing like an elastic 

so i cannot eliminate this movement because i cannot see the movement mapped out in the beziers...there are no handles etc. they are regular keyframes with the diamond symbol

what causes this and what can i do to eliminate it?
