Updated to Media Encoder 2022 now dynamic link doesn't work for After Effects 2021

I have a Windows 10 Computer.

I updated my Adobe Media Encoder from 2021 to 2021. I did NOT update my After Effects 2021 to 2022 yet. 

I am trying to render something and now when I click "export to Adobe Media Encoder" the dynamic link fails to connect etc. 

I am not ready to update to AE to 2022, but if I have to I will. 

Any other suggestions?

Any folders I can look into?

Any systems perferences? (WINDOW 10)
