Updating to 2018 deleted 2017. Can't install previous version.

Hi

Unfortunately I updated 2017 version (14.2) this morning. I expected it to be just a bugfix and not the 2018 version (15.0). It created more bugs than it helped.

Installing deleted 14.2 and I am not able to install the previous version again. Only 11.0, 12.0, 13.0 and 15.0.

I would appreciated some help as we are currently working as a team on a project and we are not able to work on the same version.

Thanks

David

That link has the download to AE 14.0 but not 14.2 - I'm also stuck on 14.0 at the moment.

The same thing happened to me, too.  I use 2014, 2015 and 2017 version of After Effects for work.  All of them included all the plug-ins I use, then I updated my apps through Creative Cloud -- which ended up deleting all the apps and plugins that I installed in them.  Now 2018 version of After Effects get frozen with error whenever I open old projects.  I tried to re-install previous versions but on my Adobe Creative Cloud app doesn't show "Install other versions."  See below.  I am extremely frustrated and unhappy with this experience.  Please someone help me out.  Thanks everyone for reading this.

You can get the 2017 version of AE at the link in post 2 above.

I see what you see in your screenshot, except that I have "Other Versions" between the tutorials and uninstall. Signing in and out or restarting can sometimes sort this. I am on what I think is the latest Creative Cloud App, which is 4.3.0.256 (under Preferences).
