Urgent after effects error.

Hello, first of all, I would like to thank everyone who responded and provided help.

I am currently getting an error message in After Effects that appears as soon as the ok button is pressed. I am working under a deadline which is coming up soon and I forgot to save my project. This means that if I force quit I will lose my work and if I can't make the window go away I won't be able to finish for my deadline in time. Thank you!
