Use Audio Visualiser Templates

Hello folks,

I have never used AE before but recently got an Adobe subscription and the need to use it arose so here I am. I purchased some audio visualisers to use, like these, but have no idea how to use them, obviously.

Could someone please direct me to some resources that would enable me to learn just enough to get these visualisers to work and then be able to export them? I do not need to learn AE in depth, it's literally only to use the templates so I don't want to spend a lot of time on it. I was looking at some AE courses on Udemy etc but they're way too detailed for my needs.
