User presets missing

Question

Usually below my “Animation Presets” theres a “User Presets” option but now it’s totally gone. I don’t understand where it would have went?? I had so many presets that I made using keyframes and they’re all gone.. Everything was there just a few weeks ago.. If someone knows how to fix this, please help me. Im using Adobe After Effects CC 2017 btw.

If you have updated recently your AE version, probably you need to move your previous User Presets to the new Presets folder of CC2017. When you update your software, AE does not delete completely the previous installation, It maintains the 3rd party plugins and the user presets. Check if you have a CC2015 AE folder into your Applications/Program Files folder and move the user presets folder manually.
