Using an external javascript library like danfo.js in ExtendScript

Hello, Is it possible for me to use Danfo.js in ExtendScript? I am trying to write some code in an ExtendScript jsx file that I can import into After Effects and use to construct a data visualization from a csv file. However, I'm not sure if its possible to import an external library like this or not.
