That's a Boris Sapphire plugin isn't it?

Are you running the latest versions of the plugins?  I know Multi-Frame Rendering causes issues for some 3rd parties, but Boris have released updates for it (I believe).

Hi ZybersYT26253919fq1l,

Thanks for writing in.

As the expert suggested, please share your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version). Also, check if there are any updates available for the plug-ins.

Let us know.

Thanks,

Nishu

Hi ZybersYT26253919fq1l,

Thanks for sharing the. The screenshots don't show the RAM installed on your computer. Does it happen in all the projects? Also, have you tried reaching out to the manufacturer of the plug-in?

Let us know if they are able to provide any help.

Thanks,

Nishu

Without exact system info, details about your composition, its content and so on we can't realyl tell you much. However, given that Sapphire itself uses hardware acceleration it's most likely it's conflicting with AE's and/or you simply don#t have an adequate GPU in the first place or it's not configured properly. At least check those things.
