UV Wrapping Question

Hi Everybody,

I'm following a tutorial where I'm trying to take a strip of 1x1 images and wrap them around a cube (in E3D).

Simple enough, right?

Well, I'm selecting all the UV settings possible and it seems no matter what I select I can't get the thing to UV wrap the object with this image strip. It only is selecting the width of that side, then repeating for every other side.

For reference, this is the tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eFtXBpOWnr4

Basically I'm trying to make a set of 1x1 images wrap around the cube, instead it's repeating the first one. Can't figure what I'm supposed to do to get a strip of images to wrap instead of repeat every side like one in this tutorial.

Thanks for reading.

No idea. Sounds like a bug in E3D where the UV data isn't being generated properly in the first place. as an alternative try to import a cube modeled in another 3D program that has proper UV.

Okay, cool. Yeah, cuz I'm just trying to least figure what the UV setting is to wrap an object w/o being deterred by sides/normals, etc. I'll try the same thing in C4D instead. Thanks, Mylenium.
