v25 Locked Layer Visability

I am mistaken and this post is irrelevant...   if a layer is locked, one should not be able to turn it on and off. It's locked. Can't accidentally turn it on or off, this is the main reason to use this switch in my opinion. This also then would be the same as other Adobe apps and continue the functionality as any experienced AE user is accustomed to. Just sayin'

Hi Jon.M.

Thanks for writing in. I just checked in version 23 and I am able to toggle visibility while the layer is locked. Is there a specific version of After Effects in which you were not able to do that? Feel free to create a feature request in the Ideas section of the After Effects community so that others can vote.

Thanks,
Nishu

Hi Nishu, Thank you for checking. Perhaps I am mistaken. I will remove my post.
