I have recently got a new computer and i have found older threads about this but none of them have helped me. There was a youtube video saying to change the text size to 100% but i would rather not change that because it makes everything really small. I have the latest geforce driver and i own a laptop with a i7 7700hq and a gtx 1060

I also have the latest version of after effects

Black lines only come up while scrubbing
