Very simple problem of link and parent

Hello to all,

I am learning After Effect, and I already have a very simple problem:

I have layer 1 that has an opacity animation.
I wanted to put the link to my layer 2 so that it also has this animation. But it doesn't happen.

How does it happen?

Parenting inherits transforms like position, rotation ands scale, not actual properties. If you want that, you have to create a property link with a simple pickwhip expression or the respective functions from the Layer menu.
