Super slow render using shape layers with Master Properties and .csv file.
i7-6950X 10C-20T using only one core to render and 1080ti at 2%
3 minutes 1920*1080 is rendering 50 minutes

Not sure what you expect. That's simply how AE works. I would suggest you research the forum for the million answers we have givenb over the years on limited GPU usage, limited multithreading/ parallel processing, expression evaluation sometimes slowing things to a crawl and whatnot. You simply have wrong expectations based on a lack of undersatanding AE's rendering pipeline.

Good thing they have been wildy improving AE's code through the years, funded by the constant cashflow from the subscriptions.
