Very smooth animation at the end

Hello, I have a problem with animation fluidity. Just the night before yesterday I made the smoothness I needed for the first text, but I forgot how I did it.. It turns out that in the speed diagram I pulled both sliders to the left edge, but as I said earlier, I don’t remember how I did it the day before yesterday, and I don’t I know how to make the rest of the text have the same smoothness. Can you please tell me how to pull it completely to the opposite edge of the animation. Because no matter how I tried to repeat the same smoothness today, I can only pull the slider to the middle, and not to the end. Please, I REALLY need help, all the work is costing me because of this problem.
