Video assets in AE from Adobe CC library are offline when importing them into project

I am using some logo animations that are .mov files in my CC library. The files will work just fine in Premiere but not in AE. When I drag them into the project in AE they are offline. All my grahic files that are in the CC library work file it is just the .mov files and the .wav that don't work.

I am running AE v17.5.1 on a Mac Pro Late 2013 running Catalina v10.15.5. 

Anyone else having these issues?
