Video freezing

My After Effects is working correctly, but the only problem is my video freezes. I open one of my projects; after working on it and editing the video, the video frame freezes. Everything else is working fine; it's just the video freezes, and I can't see what size I'm making it because it stays in one position. Also, when I want to look at another part of the video, it still shows the same part. I don't know what to do and I tried everything.

Thanks for writing in.

Does it happen with a particular video? If so, what's the source of the footage. Screen recorded footages create such issues often and transcoding them before importing in After Effects help.

If it's not the footage, please make sure that you GPU driver is updated to the latest.
