Video In Slowmotion After Exporting

So I'm exporting an edit I made and, it is just fine in the composition, the audio is fine and the video is fine, it all runs good, but when I export the video its all distorted and the video is slowed down. I've tried fixing it for hours but i can't find the solution.

Can you elaborate on the render and output settings?

Like codec, bitrate, color depth and so on?

Also be sure the horizontal resolution is an even number.

When I mean exporting, the AVI/MP4 is distorted
