Video is exporting as bars

After effects is not exporting a linked .mov file, looks fine and plays in After Effects and are in the same folder. Exporting to Media Encoder the video renders as color bars like a non linked video.

What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS)?
What's the exact version of After Effects Media Encoder: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects-discussions/faq-how-to-find-the-exact-version-of-after-effects-you-re-using/td-p/9972137
Do you get this issue with multiple projects or a particular one?

OS, System, Media Encoder, and AE details and version down to the last decimal point would help. If you are getting color bars then the link to the file got broken somewhere.
