video is sped up after rendering

after rendering my video is about 1.5x faster than the preview. I've already checked and the preview plays 20fps, as my comp is set to 20fps aswell. I reinstalled ae on my new pc as this happened on my old pc aswell and the problem is still happening please help

What version of After Effects are you using? Are you a Mac or a Windows machine? Could you share a screenshot of your Comp settings and Export settings?

im using 2023.0.0 as i feel the newer versions have features i dont like, and im using windows.

Thanks for sharing the screenshots. Everything looks fine. I wonder if it's the media player settings that are causing the playback to be fast. Can you try importing the exported file back in After Effects and check its properties and playback speed?
