Video preview and audio sound is not coming

Hi , i am facing the problem of the video not playing in after effects (18.1 ,18.0.1) .

I mean at first opening the app its good , but after few minutes i am pressing space , he video is rendering but the preview is not playing , also sometimes the audio is also not playing in the program , idk what the hell is going on , maybe i have to go the previous versions ?
