as you can see the mp4 video isnt as crystal clear as the screen shot i took from the video i made on adobe after effects how do i get the video file to be as crystal clear as the adobe effects file that i played of preview?

    I guess you are using Adobe Media Encoder. Have a look into this video, it should show pretty much of all the settings.

    Raising the bitrate in the export setting would be a good starting point.

    The attached video has only around 7Mbit/s, better try 20 MBit/s or even more.
