Video rendering as a blank file

Everytime I try to render the video it renders as a blank file, a zero second white screen. My video is 15 seconds long with no sound, but I'm not sure why this keeps happening, can't find anything about it online

I see that you've set your Work Area to one frame. Go to the end of the comp, hit the n key and life gets better.
