In that template, the logo layer has an effect on it named Fill, you can disable it or delete it.

    1. Each scene in the main timeline is a nested comp, so double-click on whichever scene you want to edit.
    2. Inside selected timeline locate the logo layer and click on it to select it.
    3. Press E to reveal that layer’s effect in the Timeline
    4. Locate the Fill Property and delete it or just click off the FX switch to the far left to disable it.

Check if the logo is in its own composition (which I’m almost positive that’s the case, so you can repla e it with whatever you want), if not, you can track the side panel of the vhs device and replace it with your own logo.

You can also add a color correction layer on top of it and use a mask so it only affects the logo in question, you will have to track or manually move the mask, though.
