want to copy multiple texts from Notepad and paste them into different compositions in After Effects. Can I do this?

I have a notepad file wear there is multiple text in same graphics ,so how copy many sentences and paste into after effect diffrent comps with same design just to change text in every comp with one time copy paste ...is it possible without script
