Want to repeat my Stroke Animation after x seconds

Question

So never used after effects and im trying to do a Animated Intro for videos/stream , basically the idea is i have a text " STARTING SOON " which i animated with the effect Stroke and i want to have the animation start and finish then wait like 10 seconds and then repeat the animation from the start and then just repeat this same pattern.

Tried loopout but honestly no idea what im doing.

Alright so at the end , just extended the video to 10 seconds and then used the loop function on the obs program , but hey if u have any answer for the question maybe just leave if any other person has the same issue.
