Warp stabilise - Background Analysis fails

Hey All,

I'm doing a lot of stabilisers at the moment and effectively AE stops analysing. Worth noting these sequences are all approximately 2 minutes long. They'll hopefully be re-stitched together for LED plate use later on.

I've checked the cache storage - currently set at 1tb & has used 107gb. I'm running the warp stab now on media I have already performed the work on (subsequently leading me to believe this is a cache/memory issue) and it still fails. I've re-installed the software, having previously defaulted the application system preferences.

I'm running on my MacPro with 192gb of memory and a Radeon ProVega 2 with 32gb Memory, so enough i'd assume.

Would LOVE some feedback here as I feel i've exhasuted all of my possibilities.

Ta,

Beren

Really impossible to say much without any details about your footage, your stabilization settings. Aside from the usual hardware acceleration settings this could be anything like harsh transitions and jolty movements in the footage throwing the algorithms off or the source footage simply having structural issues liek inconsistent framerates. More specific info is definitely required, including possibly screenshots.

Does the 2-minute long video is one continuous video or multiple videos combined as one?. If possible share the video with us or at least the screenshots of After Effects. Also, let us know the version of After Effects your using.
