Warp stabilizer getting stuck on Frame 1 and AP runs out of memory.

Question

I am trying to warp stabilize a hyperlaps. I create two sequence. First sequece has the notion tracking. Second sequence contains the first sequence and some Position, Scale and Rotation on the first and last frames. I am trying to warp stabilize the second sequence. When I apply the warp stabilizer it is getting stuck on frame 1. There are no other effects on that sequence. I tried restarting AP, rebooting PC, etc. Nothing simse to help.

Warp stabilizer doesn't like when you've changed the position of a video. I'd stabilize it first before changing any of the transform properties.
