Hello, I already discovered the problem, it seems that it is a payment issue, not having made the creative cloud payment, a payment window came out but I did not see it because it came out in the background, therefore it remained in "initializing".

I'm using macOS Sonoma. I'm also getting this issue in a new project. There's no error messages, it just stay in "Initializing..."
