Warping transition between frames

hi there anyone/everyone. i am just here to ask for some assitance in recreateing the effect in the video below in after effects.Its a frame interpolation from runway but the resolution is too low. It also takes too long to process. any ideas? or this isnt feasible in AE?

You have multiple 3D planes with different elements (objects, trees, water) that are all moving in slightly different ways, and each layer has slightly different distortion effects applied. You can't do something like that using a single layer.

You can come close with simple 3D layers in After Effects, but I believe that your example was created in a 3D app.

thanks for your response. This was created by uploading many images to runways frame interpolation tool. So its their frame blending techique. I am just trying to replicate it myself.
