There's nothing to fix because nothing is wrong. You need to educate yourself about what color ranges CoDecs like MP4 can even accomodate and all that stuff as well as color management and so on. An overcranked bright orange will never come across to your encoded files. That's simply technically impossible due to how the compression works.
