Waveform motion graphic template?

Does anyone know how to create a keyable (vector?) motion waveform for use in Adobe Premiere? I was wondering if there is a template.

I'd like it to be the actual wave form of the audio recording that's playing under it. Basically, I'm trying to create a video where I layer the moving waveform on top of an image as it moves to the audio we're hearing.
