Weekdays Animation Preset

Can anyone tell me how the Weekdays animation preset in After Effects works? I would like to use this for Saturday to Saturday but not sure how to actually make it work

It has nothing to do with actual weekdays. It simply pushes text to the side. Whatever you have in mind likely could be doen without even using this preset or other techniques. You'd have to properly explain before anyone can advise.
