Weird bug, glitch in after effects (double frame). Anyone know what this is?

As you can see there is a double frame that has all the layers copied.

The glitch kind of resolved itself as i was demonstrating it for the video.  It occurred twice in my timeline so far.  This is the first time i've ever seen this so if anyone has any insight into what this is and how to avoid it let me know.

Without any system info or details about your settings nobody can tell you much. Start by flushing the AE caches regularly and check your hardware acceleration options.

can you be specific what exactly is the problem? this is 1 minute video that has a few things going on. it's not clear what the problem is.
