Weird pop ups in AE.

In AE 23 with OS Ventura I get these things that pop up, kind of like tool tips, only they contain the names of random files that have nothing to do with the projects I'm in. They block my view of what's underneath them and it's driving me crazy.

That's strange!

Does it happen randomly or is there anything that triggers it? Try clearing the cache and running After Effects Safe Mode.
