What are the correct export settings for Facebook 1080p video?

Problem: I've created a 1080x1080 video in AE. I load it up in the Media Encoder and use the Facebook 1080p preset. On my desktop, the video looks fine but when I upload it to Facebook it is displaying at 640p. Does anyone know why that is in how to fix it? These are the current composition settings in AE.The format in Media Encoder is H.264.The dimensions are correct.I'm rendering at maximum depth.I've read that Bitrate plays a role here but have no idea what the settings should be.I'm using maximum render quality. And my file is 61 MB. Too large? The result on Facebook is 640p resolution. However, I know it's possible to get up to 1080p. Using this video on Facebook as an example. There must be some magic combination of settings. Anyone have guidance here?

This has nothing to do with your rendering/ encoding. FB simply generates multiple versions of a file/ stream and picks the one it thinks is most efficient given under certain conditions like what device, connection speed or even stuff like how wide your timeline area is in realtion to the browser window. If you want more control, you have to be a paying advertiser/ verified user/ Facebook watch content producer, but even then the technical limitations/ rules apply.
