What i should do? AE Eating me RAM, it is like when i upgrade ram still using all resources

When I upgraded to AE 24 and 25, I noticed that After Effects requires significantly more resources. I upgraded my RAM to 128GB, but it still uses up all the available resources and occasionally crashes, indicating that even 128GB isn't enough!

Has anyone else experienced this issue? What should I do?

I’ve already updated the After Effects preferences to allocate more resources, but it seems like the more resources I provide, the more AE consumes. Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

 

i use "Quarter" for preview not "FULL"

 

AMD Ryzen 5 , 5600

A550 Pro Motherboard

Hyper X 12GB ram

Geforce RTX 2060, 6GB

windows 11 pro

SSD 2 TB, and the cache on a separte 1TD SSD
