What is this error and how do I fix it?

I am getting this error while working on my project. It pops up and when I close it the preview window is just black and I can't see anything. I don't know what any of this means so I don't know how on earth to fix this. 

I am working in V24.0.3,  I have Media Encoder V24.0.3. and Premiere V24.0.3.

Thank you Nishu, re-exporting the images used in the sequence and replacing them fixed it!

Welcome to the community, Dalia.

Are you on macOS or Windows? Does it happen in all the projects? Are there any PNG files in your project? If so, can you remove them for testing and see if that fixes the issue? If it does, try changing the location of the PNG files.
