It didn't let me put a Image in this.
In some of the beats there is Floating Squares not attached to anything? Is there something wrong with the audio? I've tried both MP3 & MP4 but the same thing still happens. Is it a setting I need to adjust? I have my graphs on Speed Graphs also.

Check Your Audio File – Use a WAV file instead of MP3/MP4 to avoid compression issues. You can convert audio using Audacity or Adobe Media Encoder.
Switch to Value Graph – Since you're using Speed Graph, try switching to Value Graph in the Graph Editor. This gives a clearer representation of keyframe values.
Manually Adjust Keyframes – If floating keyframes appear where they shouldn’t, manually delete or reposition them in the Graph Editor.
Use an EQ Filter – Some beats might be too low/high in frequency, causing irregular keyframes. Apply an EQ filter in Audition or Premiere Pro before importing.
Recreate the Keyframes – Delete the current Audio Amplitude layer and reapply Animation > Keyframe Assistant > Convert Audio to Keyframes to see if the issue persists.
