when adding videos in after effects, the video turns green.

Question

hello,when i'm making a video and i'm going to add some element,chomekey or even a footage, it is green, the audio can be heard but the video is green.

(a colleague said it was something related to a processor update)

I need it and I can't work

Thanks for writing in.

Looks like you're hitting a known issue. Sorry about that. The product team is working on a fix. The following workaround has helped users, please give it a try:

Go to After Effects Preferences > Import and uncheck Enable hardware accelerated decoding.
Go to After Effects Preferences > Media & Disk Cache and click on Empty Disk Cache and Clean Database & Disk Cache.
Restart After Effects and import the MP4.
