When creating elements in after they freeze

Hello, I'm really having a problem that I've been having for a while.
Out of nowhere my after started having these unbearable freezes that prevent me from working, I never had a problem like this before, it literally came out of nowhere, I turned on my after as usual and everything went down.
I have an nvidia 3060, with 32 of ram, and literally at this moment I only have afte effecst as my only program installed on my pc. I have already done everything to be able to solve this, I even formatted the PC from 0, but the problem persists, I have also changed the settings for a mega ultra better performance for my after and even then, I have taken it to technicians and they have made changes to the computer that don't solve anything either. If anyone has this problem or went through something like this and managed to solve it, please help me not to die trying.

Now I discovered the problem by chance, but still can't find a solution.
I have two monitors, one of 144 Hz and the other of 60 Hz, obviously my main screen is the 144, which is the largest and I do all my work on it, by pure chance I opened the program on the 60 screen, and surprise. , it worked great without a single freeze, but when I moved the project to the other screen everything was horrible again. If this somehow helps a little more to find a solution, I'm looking forward to it because the truth is that I wouldn't want to work on such a small screen 😞
