When I close a composition in AE, the entire program is closing

Hey there!

 

Sorry to hear about this!

  • Are you using multiple monitors?
  • Does it crash when you close the composition from the timeline?

 

If the answer to both these questions is yes, then you're most likely running into a bug that was fixed in the After Effects 18.0.1 update.
