when i export from ae to media encoder the exporting fails in midway

Intenta cambiando de ruta del directorio donde quieres guardar tu video exportado porque veo que tiene un "?" y me parece que eso es un problema para After Effects. 

Without any system info and details like actual render settings, contents of the composition and so on we can't really tell you much. If it renders up to a specific point, the most likely causes are that you either run out of disk space on the output file and caches or that at the given point a specific layer or effect kicks in that conflicts with the render process. Since this could be GPU related, the apparent thing to do first would be to render without hardware acceleration or attempt to render to a different format directly from AE. Anything else will require more info.
