When I'm working in my preview window everything looks fine, but when I render out the animation a text layer suddenly disappears

I'm having a bit of trouble exporting a video. In the animation there is a box with an email address that comes up, and it transitions into the next shot by spinning on the Y axis (this is in a pre-comp). In the first picture I've attached you can see everything looks fine, but for some reason when I export the video the email addresses disappear just as it spins to transition out.
It's strange how when I'm editing it everything is fine in the preview window but you can see in the pictures I've attached it's rendering it out differently. 

For security reasons I’ve censored the email addresses, but you get the idea.

It if helps, the email address layers are text layers and has the following effects applied: Animation: Slider, Cursor On/Off, Cursor Shape, Cursor Blink Speed
