when is the new update is going to take place in the stable version ?

when is the new update is going to take place in the stable version. Its great but the dissapointment of the latency of the masking tool in premiere beta didn't take place in the stable one is a little annoying. 

I know you can tell me  " then Get the BETA ! ". but its a little diffrent than the stable one and i need to work in a stable environment so i am sticking with the stable versions even when i need the features of the beta>

for example i am still using the rortoscoping tell premiere getting the update.
